Paris 2024 places the principles of integrity and respect for rights at the heart of its actions to ensure that the organization of the Games are exemplary. In order to achieve this objective, reporting system allows you to report any incidents in complete confidentiality and in a completely secure manner. This system is intended for Paris 2024 employees as well as any occasional participant in the Games.

On this platform, you may report any conduct or situation contrary to the Ethical Principles of Paris 2024 or detrimental to the general interest, which:
  • You are or have been personally affected by;
  • You are or have been a direct witness of;
  •  Have been reported to you (only applicable in the professional setting). 
The confidentiality of your identity and exchanges will be preserved when your report is issued and throughout the procedure for handling your report.

What are the steps to submit a report? 

  • Each report has its own discussion system that allows messages to be sent and received. These exchanges take in account the choice of the notifying party if he/she has decided to remain anonymous.
  • Only designated referents will receive the information contained in the form that you are going to complete and send us. You will be able to follow up on your report and communicate with the referent(s) with the confidential code that is generated by the platform when you submit your report.
  • If you have filled in your email address, you will receive a notification inviting you to visit the secure platform once our team has taken note of the report and its admissibility. Otherwise, visit the platform regularly to keep updated. 
  • All reports are handled in such a way as to maintain the confidentiality of your identity throughout the processing and resolution of the report. Each report will be carefully analysed to determine its admissibility and a rigorous internal audit will be carried out to put in place means of resolution. Paris 2024 may refer you to the competent authorities depending on the nature of your report.   
  Submit your report in a secure manner 

By using the Paris 2024 reporting system, you can alert us safely. Your IP address will not be collected, and your alert data will be stored in an encrypted way and treated in a strictly confidential manner.    
In order to personally guarantee the confidentiality of your report, please take into account the following instructions for use:
  • Make sure that your internet connection is secure (indicated in your browser by a padlock in the address bar)
  • Make sure that you keep your report confidential by making it away from prying eyes whether you are inside or outside your company.
  • Make your report using a terminal connected to the Internet in an environment that you consider safe. Consider using a non-professional computer whenever possible.
